The joys of owning a pool…. In return for getting to laze by it on hot, sultry summer days, you need to put in the maintenance work. That means regular pool cleaning, testing the water and topping it up with the appropriate pool chemicals and so on. Sure, it’s a lot of work but the reward is a crystal clear, sparkling healthy pool to plunge into on those hot summer days.

Too much work or not enough time to do it? Sounds like you need the services of Jonathon from Saratoga Pool and Tub Co. There’s More To Greenfield Than Just Pool Cleaning

Evocatively named Greenfield is a large town in Saratoga County in New York. It’s to the north west of Saratoga Springs and has no coastline so the folks who live there sure do appreciate their swimming pools in the hot, humid summer months.

Greenfield has a number of interesting things to see and do including a number of hamlets dotted around the town. They include Chatfield Corner, Frink Corner, Greenfield, Greenfield Center, Kings, Lake Desolation, Middle Grove, Mt. Pleasant, North Greenfield, Pages Corners, Porter Corners and South Greenfield.

There are also a number of parks and trails that are open to the public – Veterans Park has the “All Veterans Memorial” which honours the men and women of Greenfield who have served in the Armed Forces. Greenfield Center Park or Brigham Road Park as it’s also called, has walking trails and plenty of wooded areas. Middle Grove Park has a number of ballparks, courts, soccer fields and a walking trail. The Greenfield Farmer’s Market is also held here every Friday afternoon. Kings Station & Caboose features a restored caboose, which previously traversed the Adirondack Railroad carrying lumber and paper and other freight between Saratoga and North Creek. Porter Corners Town Park has more ball fields, including T-ball, as well as a nature trail and picnic area.
